AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Slick Installation Ltd. and the Customer for garage conversion services at the specified property address.

SERVICES

Company will provide complete garage conversion including materials, labor, and project management as detailed in the attached quote.

PAYMENT TERMS 

20% deposit required to secure booking

50% due at project midpoint

30% final payment due on completion

Payments accepted: Bank transfer, card, cash

TIMELINE 

Project timeline as specified in quote

Weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays

Customer will be informed of any delays immediately

WARRANTIES

12 months guarantee on all workmanship

Material warranties as per manufacturer terms

Any defects reported within guarantee period will be rectified free of charge

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide clear access to garage area

Remove all items from garage before start date

Ensure utilities (electricity/water) are accessible

Obtain any required planning permissions (if applicable)

CHANGES

Any changes to original specification must be agreed in writing

Additional costs for changes will be quoted separately

Changes may affect completion timeline

CANCELLATION

Customer may cancel within 14 days of signing contract

Deposit refundable if cancelled within cooling-off period

Cancellation after work commences may incur material costs

LIABILITY 

Company carries full public liability insurance

Company not responsible for customer’s belongings

Customer should arrange own contents insurance

COMPLETION 

Work considered complete when customer signs completion certificate

Final payment due on completion

Any snags to be reported within 7 days
